Run what runs the world This Position reports to: EL Customer Operations Manager In this role, you will drive warehousing, expediting, and shipping activities for incoming and outgoing goods for all Smart Power and Smart Building products. This person will be the liaison between the Commercial Operations team and Warehouse Operations This role reports to the: Customer Operations Manager. SP/SB The work model for the role is: On-Site - 5 days a week / 40 HOURS – Day Shift. Your Role: Own the Challenge Validates SPSB product from incoming trucks and ensures timely receipt into warehouse from Feeder Factories. Coordinating with transport companies to minimize delays Monitor the KPI’s for lines shipped per day, put away time, inbound trucks, outbound trucks and rush orders Identify reason’s orders do not ship on the scheduled ship date Proactively review up coming orders in SAP to ship ahead of schedule when possible Maintains expedite requests between CSR and Warehouse leads Maintains complete and accurate data in the ERP (SAP and MARC) systems. Ensures accurate management of deliveries between MARC and SAP for SPSB products Checks the quality of incoming SPSB goods for storage, then coordinates any necessary returns to factories using the NCR process Resolution of mismatch Factory PO invoices Ensures regular cycle count activities for SPSB products are thoroughly conducted What it takes to run what runs the world Bachelor degree or a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. Proficient in using SAP, Marc WMS or other ERP and WMS systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in French is mandatory, as well as English to communicate effectively with internal clients and partners located outside of Quebec. Positive leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members who are not direct reports. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively. Why ABB?
