DEPARTMENT: Commercial (P-2) JOB TITLE: Operator Level 1 REPORTS TO: Department Manager with direction from Team Captain SHIFT DAYS /HOURS: Monday – Friday, 6 am – 3 pm Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our Commercial (P-2) team. What You’ll Be Responsible For: • Operating various types of machinery including (but not limited to): - brake presses - drill presses - small mill - large mill - Cut to length - punch and I.D, 7.0 to 7.5 ton presses • Moving material to and from Warehouse • Maintaining all specified tolerances per instructions • Inspiring others to work efficiently, defuse conflict, and make good decisions Work Environment/Physical Demands/Job Requirements: • Ability to push, pull, or lift heavy loads • Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers). • Maintain excellent attendance • Ability to work with little to no supervision • Able to work overtime, as needed What You’ll Need: • High School Diploma/GED preferred • Pass company background check and drug screen What You’ll Love About Us: • Medical, Dental, Life Insurance • Matched 401k • Paid Vacation
