Responsibilities

1 . Performance improvement and root cause identification

  • Support Commercial Demand Review (CDR) meeting by developing, maintaining, and refining methods for evaluating in-year and next-year Consumer Sales Plan and Demand Plan.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis to investigate underlying factors contributing to performance deviations and provide actionable recommendations to resolve identified business concerns.Lead initiatives to improve operational performance by identifying and addressing discrepancies in the planning process and key areas of responsibility, such as Plans vs. Actuals, in-stock availability, and retail stock composition.
