ABOUT THE POSITION:

We’re looking for a Commercial Partner Relationship Manager to be the key link between our Buying Team and our suppliers. You’ll develop deep partnerships, understand suppliers’ objectives, and communicate how our buying activities drive mutual success. You’ll work closely with commercial divisions, marketing, retail, and industry bodies to identify opportunities, deliver impactful collaborations, and ensure our brand presence is market-leading.

  • Build and maintain relationships with supplier commercial divisions, including senior executives.
  • Understand each supplier’s business and tailor our service offering to their goals.
  • Identify new opportunities for marketing and product development partnerships.
  • Analyse market data to guide category strategies and consumer growth.
  • Lead negotiations and manage partnerships from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Showroom Design, and the Winning Academy to ensure impactful product representation and training.
  • Engage with industry leaders and recommend events to drive category growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong account management and business development skills
  • Ability to understand commercial supplier needs quickly
  • Exposure to or knowledge of commercial marketing offerings
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent rapport building skills
  • Strong analytical skills using excel and other data visualisation tools
  • Proven ability to sell new concepts, ideas and marketing initiatives that lead to significant financial investment from partners
  • Strong understanding of negotiation and sales techniques
  • Strong understanding of the commercial marketplace
