Sales Performance Manage the annual budget process (analysis, proposal, communication, monitoring) in partnership with Finances as well as definition of commercial KPIS. Develop relevant tools for measures individual and boutique contribution and performance (monthly / weekly dashboard, ad-hoc reports as needed) Weekly estimates preparation Strategically review and plan commission schemes, ensuring they are designed to effectively enhance team productivity and are aligned with overall business goals and team capabilities Boost sales dynamic by implementing and monitoring action plans Ensure HK Operation team support to Store Managers and Partners on stock and replenishment needs for boutiques (IB/EB) and POS. Strategically create, launch, and manage programs designed to motivate the team towards achieving both overarching yearly objectives and target collections Prepare regular performance dashboards and reports for senior management, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with product department, marketing, and retail teams to ensure commercial strategies are integrated and effectively executed. Partnering with BMs to ensure timely and precise realization of localized BAP activities in boutiques with measurables KPIs and ROI Collaborate cross-functionally to support the boutique action plans commercially and ensure consistent execution throughout the year. Establish a framework for sharing business updates and for receiving feedback from boutique and commercial leadership to enhance and prioritize activities. Business Development & Market Intelligence Utilize market intelligence, sales figures, market research, and performance metrics to inform and facilitate the preparation of comprehensive market action plans Facilitate the MAP preparation by providing network analysis and market knowledge Gather competitors intelligence and market insights to adapt forecasts and action plan Prepare boutique brief for boutique opening/renovation Prepare score card for boutique projects Weekly in boutique meeting to nurture a performance culture Monthly partners meeting and performance monitoring HE & NLE product monitoring HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? Required competencies More than 10 years with recent experience in retail managerial position, ideally luxury retailers, ideally in hard jewelry sector Possess track record of all rounded knowledge on Retail business from marketing to stock to frontline sales. Commercial efficiency driven and performance enablement oriented, critical thinking and problem-solving capability, attention to details, upholding growth mindset and standards for high performance culture Advanced Project Management skills, Facilitation and Communication Skills with proven success in managing multi-stakeholders relationships from working level to senior management and able to achieve deliverables in a fast changing complex retail environment Specific competencies Strategic thinking, Analytical skills, quick thinking, anticipation, attention to detail, multi-layers stakeholders management, strong analytical mind and proficiency in relevant tools for workflow automation, business analysis and presentation in Cantonese and English. Must be reliable on figures and administrative tasks, and familiar with complex IT systems (SAP, Excel).
