We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Commercial Pest Control Technician to join our dynamic team! Position Overview: As a Commercial Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for managing pest control services for a variety of commercial properties. You will conduct thorough inspections, develop customized pest management plans, and apply treatments in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough pest inspections for commercial properties including office buildings, restaurants, warehouses, and industrial facilities. Identify pest-related issues, assess risks, and recommend appropriate solutions. Apply pesticides and treatments safely and effectively according to company protocols and legal guidelines. Develop and implement integrated pest management (IPM) strategies to prevent recurring pest issues. Maintain accurate records of services performed, treatments applied, and materials used. Communicate directly with clients to explain findings, recommend actions, and answer any questions. Respond promptly to emergency service calls and resolve pest-related problems. Follow all safety regulations and guidelines when handling pesticides, tools, and equipment. Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients. Valid pest control technician certification and/or licensure as required by state/local regulations. Strong knowledge of pest control techniques, industry standards, and safety protocols. Experience working with commercial clients in industries such as food service, healthcare, or hospitality. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in various environmental conditions. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Preferred: Experience with integrated pest management (IPM) programs. Familiarity with advanced pest control technologies and treatments. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
