We are looking for a motivated Commercial Planning & Analytics Intern (all genders) to join our growing commercial team of 3. As an intern, you will support driving data-informed decision-making across our commercial operations.If you are eager to gain hands-on experience in commercial planning, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic and fast-paced environment within a growing beauty ecommerce company, then we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Support commercial planning activities across all markets by assisting the team in defining and tracking short- and long-term commercial goals in collaboration with departments such as marketing, fulfillment, and assortment.
  • Help analyze sales performance and key metrics to assess commercial effectiveness. Provide insights and learnings under guidance from senior team members.
  • Work with large datasets to identify trends and insights. Use tools such as SQL, Python to support data extraction and analysis under supervision.
  • Participate in the development of tools and processes with the data analytics team, bringing a fresh perspective and eagerness to learn.
  • Monitor daily business performance, flag potential issues. Support in evaluating the success of onsite campaigns and initiatives.
  • Handle ad hoc analysis requests and contribute to special projects, supporting the team in delivering insights that aid decision-making.
