REQUIREMENTS:

  • Qualifications: University degree or equivalent, 10+ years in Sales/analytical roles, preferably in multinational FMCG.
  • Language: Fluent in English (Mandarin/local dialects a plus),
  • Functional Skills: product knowledge, forecasting, financial acumen, data analysis, sales planning, RTM, trade segmentation, field force execution, interpersonal and project management skills, MS Office proficiency, BI understanding, industry knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Performance management and analysis: Monitor sales performance vs. targets, identify performance drivers, risks, and growth opportunities. Finalize trade programs with trade activation and sales teams.
  • Insights & Analysis: Analyze sales volume trends for planning and forecasting; conduct post-program analysis and recommend next steps. Analyze competitor and JTI sales trends; lead trade research and surveys; recommend actions based on findings.
  • Market Activities Tracking and Analysis: Consolidate and analyze market activity data (new launches, price increases, trade programs) and share market intelligence with stakeholders. Analyze competitor trade programs and price promotions; recommend actions.
  • Sales Ops Incentive Planning: Responsible for providing recommendation of monthly sales target based on the latest vol target. Responsible for sales incentive computation after the closing of every month.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Responsible for sales validation as a control for trade program payout. Monitoring issuance vs returns to ensure no compliance gap.
  • Budget Management and Analysis: Responsible for tracking and analysis of the sales budget on a regular basis for reporting to Sales Director and region submission
