Commerical Plumbers / PipeFitters.

With a Long Term Contract, We are looking to add Skilled trades to existing teams, who will be responsible for carrying out varying types of new works on Military Establishments, Works are spread out throughout West & South Wales,

This position involves the fabrication, installation and maintenance of machinery and industrial equipment in a work environment. Pipefitters work with managers and engineers to determine technical needs and responsibilities, and ensure that the job is carried out safely. The ideal candidate Must have experience of working in commerical setting, on a variety of different settings., NVQ Level 2 in PipeFitting / Heating or equivalent, a background in mechanical construction, and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Install pipework, brackets, and equipment to concise schematic drawings
• Ensure that all activities comply with current legislation, Health & Safety Policies & Regulations, Building Regulations, CDM Regulations, Risk Assessments, Legislative Statutory Maintenance Inspections, Quality Plans and Operating Procedures.
• Read detailed schematic drawings and planning pipe systems, related equipment installations.
• Carry out Refurbishment works in a variety of different settings.
• Install pipes, valves, and fittings at a variety of projects.
• Install plumbing systems and appliances such as boilers, water heaters in commerical settings, along with Toilet / Shower Refurbishments
• Fit pipes together to form networks in buildings; conduits, tunnels, or on the ground.
• Carry out Commerical Plant Room Refurbishments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
