This individual will manage day-to-day field activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining H&G’s high standards for quality and professionalism. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced plumbing professional who has successfully led crews on commercial and institutional projects and is ready to take the next step in their leadership career. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate field plumbing operations, including installation, scheduling, and quality control Oversee project manpower and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient completion Collaborate closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, and Engineers to maintain alignment on project goals Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements Review submittals and shop drawings for accuracy and constructability Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to plumbing crews to promote skill development and performance excellence Maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and field teams Requirements Qualifications Active Texas Journeyman Plumbing License required at minimum 7+ years of plumbing experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or superintendent role Comprehensive understanding of plumbing systems including domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and fuel gas Knowledge of medical gas systems is a plus Strong understanding of plumbing and fuel gas codes Proven ability to manage field personnel, schedules, and multiple job sites simultaneously Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
