We’re seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service, without the pressure of selling plumbing jobs. This position offers flexible scheduling options (Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday), a two-week paid training period, and annual performance reviews. You’ll be provided with a company vehicle and gas card, with the convenience of starting your day from home location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of recent experience in commercial plumbing service and repair and is ready to join a team that values skill, reliability, and work-life balance. Responsibilities Provide professional, customer-focused service Perform commercial plumbing repairs and service on fixtures and water heaters Diagnose and repair DWV systems, including pumps, fixtures, and valves Service grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stations Diagnose and clear clogged main and branch lines using cable machines, and perform camera line inspections Submit service paperwork with a summary of the work provided after each service appointment Collaborate with team members to complete work orders efficiently Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines Willingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the department Requirements Four years of recent and relevant commercial plumbing experience Valid driver license with no more than two points or driving restrictions on the driving record Able to pass a pre-employment drug test Verbal and written English literacy for the use of cell phone and mobile email communication Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is a service and construction company providing customer service throughout California and other states.
