Franklin Savings Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and relationship-driven Portfolio Manager to join our Commercial Lending team. This role works under the guidance of the Vice President, Director of Commercial Credit Administration, and plays a key role in supporting Senior Leadership and Commercial Lenders in maintaining and growing strong client relationships. The Portfolio Manager will analyze new lending opportunities, actively monitor the existing loan portfolio, participate in client interactions, and assist in the closing of commercial loans. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare comprehensive loan write-ups and financial analyses for commercial loans.  * Assess borrower financial performance, identify trends, evaluate repayment capacity, and analyze collateral and risk.  * Assist in gathering and packaging loan information for approval processes.  * Provide guidance to Commercial Lenders on appropriate loan structures based on credit risk considerations. * Actively monitor assigned loan portfolio. * Address complex loan servicing issues and support resolution efforts. * Support the development and retention of client relationships through responsive and proactive service.
