We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Commercial Premises Letting Co-ordinator to coordinate the setup, management, and compliance of short-term property occupations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless property transitions, accurate lease execution, and effective communication with local authorities.

• Work with our Document Administrator to liaise with clients and landlords to ensure all leases and legal documentation are completed accurately and on time
• Oversee all logistics related to short-term commercial lets, including access, keys, utilities, and site readiness
• Notify local authorities of changes in occupation
• Ensure non-domestic rates demands are redirected to the correct party at both entry and exit
• Proactively manage communications with billing authorities to ensure compliance and timely updates
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, agents, and charity occupiers
• Be the central operational contact for all matters related to short-term occupancy
