- Understands how to drive gross profit through sourcing and supply chain activity
- Can lead and mentor a small team effectively
- Is comfortable negotiating with suppliers across global markets
- Brings a logical, commercially-minded approach to procurement challenges
- Enjoys owning targets and delivering bottom-line results
- Has experience working in fast-paced, product-led businesses

Responsibilities

As our Commercial Procurement Manager, you’ll:
- Own the gross profit performance across our buying function
- Lead and develop a small procurement team (2 direct reports)
- Manage global sourcing activities — identifying opportunities in Vietnam, Turkey, Greece, Poland, and beyond
- Negotiate with suppliers to maximise value and secure strategic pricing
- Develop intelligent pricing matrices and set market-driven rate bands
- Use commercial insight to optimise stock levels and protect margins
- Identify opportunities for NPI (new product introduction) and cost savings
- Track supplier performance and ensure alignment with our operational goals
