Proven experience across procurement, commercial management, or vendor management. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify, quantify, and realise value from vendor spend. Demonstrated experience supporting business-led procurement or vendor management activities. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to influence and partner across diverse business functions. A track record of delivering cost savings, commercial improvements, or operational efficiencies. Solid negotiation and contract management capability. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret spend data and translate insights into action. A continuous improvement mindset and a practical focus on driving efficiency. Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. What you’ll be responsible for: Supporting a portfolio of procurement programs and contracts, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and reporting on performance, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders. Managing day-to-day contract delivery and supplier relationships, monitoring performance against agreed KPIs, and driving continuous improvement or corrective actions where required. Providing commercial advice on pricing, terms, and contract negotiations within approved frameworks, while identifying opportunities to optimise cost, value, and outcomes. Developing supplier strategies, establishing governance frameworks, and ensuring vendor engagements balance control, compliance, and business agility. Analysing vendor spend patterns and procurement data to identify savings opportunities, improve ROI, and increase value from supplier relationships. Partnering with business units and Vendor Managers to understand business needs, provide commercial guidance, and support informed supplier and contract decisions. Defining contract requirements and specifications, supporting new procurements, renegotiations, and renewals to ensure competitive, fit-for-purpose outcomes. Strengthening procurement capability through coaching, training, tools, and frameworks that promote commercial awareness and accountability. Managing budgets, tracking procurement performance metrics, and providing insights and reporting on financial outcomes, savings, and supplier performance. Ready to join? Responsibilities
