WHAT YOU’LL DO: Conducting market research and customer analysis to identify customer needs and preferences. Collaborating with product development teams to develop new products or enhance existing products based on customer feedback and market trends. Developing a unique value proposition for the product, including messaging, pricing, and positioning. Creating marketing and sales collateral that communicates the value of the product to target customers. Work with the sales teams to train them on the product's features, benefits, and value proposition Monitoring and analysing product performance to identify areas for improvement and to ensure that the product's value proposition remains relevant and compelling over time. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key insurers and brokers to enhance collaboration and product innovation.
