As a Commercial Product Manager, you are the driving force behind the further development and growth of the Exact Online developer ecosystem and App Store.

THIS = WHAT YOU’LL DO

Exact Online is strengthened by a powerful ecosystem of software partners and integrations. As a Commercial Product Manager, you are responsible for the strategic and commercial development of this ecosystem. You will:

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to attract and activate software partners.
• Optimize the positioning of the App Store within Exact Online, focusing on ease of use, integration visibility, and customer value.
• Work closely with product teams, marketing, sales, and our development community to accelerate innovation and ensure partner success.
• Analyze market opportunities and user data to refine propositions and identify new integration possibilities.
• Initiate improvements to the partner onboarding process and promote adoption of our APIs and development tools.

For the position of Commercial Product Manager, it’s helpful if you have great problem-solving skills and getting things done mindset. You can organize your work, see what needs to be done and set priorities right. Having excellent verbal communication skills is key for this role. What’s more, you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role within SaaS or software integrations.
• Deep understanding of the SME software market, API technologies, and SaaS marketplaces.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Experience in commercial positioning, pricing, and packaging.
• A proactive mindset and excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
