Job Description As a Product Manager for Gaming at Entain you will be tasked with overseeing the sports betting products across the DACH region, focusing on the development and strategic execution of product strategies that align with market trends and customer preferences. This role involves rigorous market research to stay ahead of industry dynamics and user demand, defining the product vision, and setting clear, achievable objectives. You will collaborate closely with marketing and commercial teams to devise and implement effective go-to-market strategies, ensuring the products resonate with target audiences and comply with local regulations. What you'll do Develop and execute the product strategy for the sports betting vertical across the DACH region. Conduct market research specific to sports betting to understand regional trends, customer preferences, and regulatory changes. Collaborate with the marketing and commercial teams to create effective go-to-market strategies. Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, and iteration, focusing on maximizing user engagement and profitability. Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring that product developments align with customer needs and business objectives. Qualifications • Deep Knowledge of the Gaming Industry: Understanding of the specific market dynamics and customer preferences in sports betting, casino games, and digital gaming. • Familiarty with Agile metodologies; SAFe framework experience is a plus • Strategic Planning and Execution: Ability to develop and implement effective product strategies that align with the overall business objectives. • Analytical and Decision-Making Skills: Competence in analyzing market data, user feedback, and financial reports to make informed decisions. • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Innovative Thinking: Capability to drive innovation within the product space, continuously improving and adapting product offerings. • Pilot innovative projects and manage the roll-out of successful prototypes to broader markets. • Foster a culture of innovation within the product team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to product development and customer engagement.
