    Description and Requirements
    Job Summary We are looking for a strategic and analytical professional to support Geo teams in driving profitable decisions for Mega and Top deals. This role focuses on profit modeling, pricing insights, and business case development to support commercial growth.
    Responsibilities
    Support business case and account plan development for Mega/Top deals, including profit modeling and LOB expansion scenarios.
    Engage in quarterly reviews with sales and bi-annual strategy sessions with Geo and Commercial leaders.
    Create and maintain a strategic playbook to grow profitable share of wallet in Mega accounts.
    Execute the global “Winning in Transition” initiative by providing market, competitor, and customer insights.
    Analyze pricing data to deliver recommendations on cross-sell/upsell, cost savings, and profitability improvements.
    Use cost credits and alliance funding to model in-quarter profit and recommend margin acceleration tactics.
    Develop scorecards to guide bid/no-bid decisions and support major RFP pursuits.
    Collaborate with the Geo Profit Program Manager to share feedback and align with WW Commercial strategy.
    Requirements
    Strong analytical skills with experience in profit modeling, pricing, and business planning.
    Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
    Understanding of Pricing Delegation, cost structures, and margin management.
    Commercial acumen and familiarity with enterprise deal dynamics.
    Experience collaborating across geographies and with senior stakeholders.
    Awareness of FX, component cost trends, and macroeconomic factors affecting pricing.
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    Experience in the tech or commercial sales environment is a plus.
