COMMERCIAL PROJECT COORDINATOR - JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactiveCommercial Project Coordinator
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help to coordinate our commercial content and deliver the contractual obligations that we have with our partners as well as provide administrative support to the commercial team. Working across multiple departments, including commercial, production, creative and finance — you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
This role will expose you to multiple areas of our commercial operations, offering great insight into our business and enabling you to learn and develop quickly. This role is suitable for a graduate or someone looking to develop their career in project management.
This role reports directly to thePartnership Operations Manager
. You will also work closely with senior members of the commercial and management team.

The Role:

  • Help coordinate projects for our commercial activity, ensuring that relevant team members know what is required for each piece of content, and that dates for delivery are clearly identified and communicated.
  • Work with our social media team to schedule commercial content.
  • Ensure all teams have access to required commercial assets, including imagery and promotional materials.
  • Order commercial and presenter products as needed.
  • Maintain and manage inventories for commercial equipment and presenter kit.
  • Conduct monthly bike and equipment audits in collaboration with the workshop team.
  • Help maintain commercial partner records.
  • Look at ways to improve project management disciplines.
  • Organise and coordinate partner competitions across all our channels.
  • Manage competition data, including regular deletion to ensure GDPR compliance.
  • Distribute social permissions for new branded partnerships.
  • Ensure a process is in place to ensure accurate and complete monthly tagging.
  • Support the Partnership Operations Manager with keeping commercial company documents up to date.
  • Create planning documents for commercial team to use for trade show meetings
  • Manage project archiving on a quarterly basis.
  • Support the Partnership Operations Manager with the calendar of commercial deals and renewals.
  • Support the Partnership Operations Manager with the accounts team to plan the accounting schedules for all contracted activity and plan commercial revenue.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and external clients
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and project management tools (Basecamp or similar) is a plus
  • An interest in/knowledge of cycling would be a huge benefit
