Description Magnolia Companies is seeking an organized, customer-focused Commercial Project Coordinator to join our Operations team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service while supporting project scheduling, dispatching, and coordination between technicians and field managers. What You’ll Do Schedule and dispatch work orders to technicians, ensuring projects are completed efficiently. Collaborate closely with Field Managers to monitor project progress and resolve scheduling issues. Review technician timecards, verify payroll accuracy, and maintain documentation. Manage client communications, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction. Assist in preparing service proposals for quick-turnaround jobs. Maintain a positive, organized, and professional work environment. Participate in after-hours coordination on a rotating basis.
