Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Rhoden Roofing is hiring a Commercial Project Coordinator to drive sales and oversee project execution in our commercial division. You’ll generate leads, inspect roofs, manage the customer relationship, and help deliver top-quality roofing projects—with full support from our internal team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Sell preventative maintenance, repairs, and re-roofs (primarily low-slope systems)
  • Perform roof inspections and relay data to in-house estimating team
  • Act as the main point of contact from signed contract to final inspection
  • Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard
  • Work alongside operations to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Attend networking events and commercial sales opportunities
