This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well with a team, and wants to grow within a fast‑paced commercial HVAC environment. Position: Commercial Project Installer Employment Type: Full-Time Location: LaGrange, GA (Projects throughout the Southeast) About the Role The Commercial Project Installer supports the installation of commercial HVAC systems, working under the direction of a Lead Installer or Project Manager. This position plays a key role in delivering clean, code‑compliant, professional installations that meet Sensigreen’s standards and project specifications. Key Responsibilities Install commercial HVAC ductwork, equipment, refrigerant piping, insulation, and accessories Assist with layout and installation based on mechanical drawings and specifications Work closely with Lead Installers and Project Managers to complete tasks efficiently Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization Operate lifts, power tools, and installation equipment safely and correctly Support equipment start‑ups, testing, and documentation as needed Communicate effectively with team members and other trades on site Represent Sensigreen professionally on all job sites Qualifications 1–3 years commercial or residential HVAC installation experience (commercial preferred) Basic understanding of duct systems, refrigerant piping, and mechanical components Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings (training provided) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn advanced commercial installation skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and rooftops EPA Certification a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health and dental vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement into Lead Installer and Project roles Supportive team environment with strong leadership and training Consistent work on commercial projects throughout the Southeast
