Commercial Project Manager
We’re a boutique Commercial GC, seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead commercial, residential and mixed use construction projects ranging from $5M-$10M. This is a do-it-all role - no APMs, PEs, or PCs. You’ll be fully responsible for driving your projects from start to finish across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors in a small beachside town in Southern CA. Apply now! What You’ll Do:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Own project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and quality control
• Communicate directly with clients, consultants, and field teams
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring safety and compliance
• Lead with autonomy and accountability

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of Project Management experience in commercial (residential, and mixed-use construction a plus)
• BS in Engineering or Construction Management or related field required
• Proven success managing projects in the $5M-$10M range
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore)
• PMP certification is a plus
