Description

H2-LLC is a leading supplier/installer of glass shower doors, mirrors, bath accessories, closet systems, and fireplaces. We have been in business for more than 25 years.
We are seeking a Project Manager that will be responsible to oversee the successful management and administration of all assigned projects. This will include all the associated tasks from the time of award to final billing and follow-up warranty.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of estimating process and how it relates to the Project Manager role.
  • Maintain all systems and procedures to ensure successful fulfillment of all required paperwork and reporting functions as the contract dictates.
  • Set up jobs in our job cost system, maintain accurate costs and generate timely billing for jobs based on contract deadlines and guidelines.
  • Prepare and track submittals to ensure the correct materials will be used on the job.
  • Process price requests and approval of change orders.
  • Coordinate project completion and required close out documents.
  • Work closely with estimators in transitioning bids to awarded projects, review of plans and the scope of the jobs.
  • Work closely with Purchasing to ensure timely delivery of all materials.
  • Maintain open communications and strong relationships with key customer contacts and co-workers.
  • Work closely with Installers to ensure they have the products and are on schedule for successful completion of the job.
  • Cost Control Management
  • Determine the best course of action for ordering, delivery, distribution, and installation of all products.
  • Track and monitor job progress.
  • Investigate more efficient ways to process information and install products to produce the highest level of quality for the least amount of cost.
  • Customer Service Excellence
  • Communicate job specific expectations to installers for each job.
  • Maintain excellent communications with customers, suppliers and vendors and provide timely follow-ups.
  • Provide timely and professional feedback and response for customer complaints.
  • Follows company safety rules and regulations.
  • Participates on Safety Committee if requested.
  • All other Duties as Assigned

Reports to: Commercial Supervisor
Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Read, write, and understand English. Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal. Customer focused. Detail oriented and ability to multitask and make decisions. Establish and maintain effective work relationships through teamwork, cooperation, dependability, respect and having a positive attitude. Ability to set own schedule using efficient time management. Ability to read construction documents and specification manuals.

EDUCATION: HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA REQUIRED, COLLEGE DEGREE PREFERRED

Work Experience: 2 – 4 yrs Project Management (within Construction Industry is desired).
Physical Demands: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires the employee to be in a seated position most of the day. Must be able to bend, turn, twist, climb, squat, reach, and stand throughout entire shift. Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds. Regular and predictable on-site attendance is required. Valid driver’s license required.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $81,000.00 per year
