About the Role We are looking for an experienced Commercial Project Manager with strong technical and leadership skills to manage full project lifecycles — from quotation and budgeting to execution and completion — for commercial interior design and renovation projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review quotations, tenders, and project budgets. Lead project planning, scheduling, and on-site coordination to ensure timely completion. Manage client communication and project documentation throughout all stages. Coordinate with consultants, designers, suppliers, and contractors for efficient execution. Ensure all works comply with quality, safety, and design standards. Oversee cost control, variation orders, and final account submissions. Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site issues independently. Mentor junior team members and support operational improvement initiatives. Requirements Minimum 5 years of full project management experience in interior design / renovation. Proven ability to manage multiple commercial projects independently. Strong technical knowledge in fit-out, M&E coordination, and site management. Excellent client handling and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools. Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented. Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Building, or equivalent.
