Description

Responsibilities:
- Experience and background in Commerical and residential Projects, Custom Homes, daycares, Office Buildings, retail centers
- Manage and oversee commercial construction/residential projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion
- Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Develop/amend construction sets. MEP Plans as necessary and stamp the drawings.
- Coordinate engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of contract management principles and experience reviewing and negotiating contracts
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project documentation and specifications
This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of commercial construction projects.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience managing new home construction
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
  • Experience with concept studies, final design documents, and construction phase services
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional License (PE, AIA, or RA) / Architect

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $90,154.00 - $145,418.00 per year
