SERVPRO of Scranton & Allentown is seeking an elite Commercial Large Loss Project Manager to lead our high-stakes restoration operations. This isn't a desk job. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing large-loss recovery efforts across our six premier franchise locations. Stability & Scale: Direct oversight of six franchises, providing a massive pipeline of diverse commercial work. 🛠️ The Mission (Role Overview) As the Regional CLLPM, you are the "General" on the ground for our most complex projects. Your responsibilities include: Full Project Lifecycle Management: From initial "Triage" and scoping to final sign-off, you own the project’s success, timeline, and budget. Strategic Coordination: Manage large-scale labor teams, subcontractors, and specialized equipment across six franchise territories. Expert Estimating: Utilize Xactimate/XactAnalysis to produce accurate, high-margin commercial scopes that stand up to adjuster scrutiny. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for property managers, CEOs, and high-level insurance adjusters. Compliance & Safety: Ensure every site meets OSHA standards and SERVPRO’s elite "Large Loss" protocols. Regional Strategy: Collaborate with ownership to scale our commercial response capabilities across the Allentown-Scranton corridor. ✅ Candidate Requirements Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of direct experience managing Commercial Large Loss projects within the Restoration Industry. (Non-negotiable). Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Xactimate and a deep understanding of structural drying, mold remediation, and fire restoration for large-scale facilities (hospitals, warehouses, high-rises). Certifications: IICRC Master Restorer status or equivalent industry certifications (WRT, ASD, CDS, etc.) are highly preferred. Leadership: A proven track record of managing crews of 20+ people and multi-million dollar project budgets. Logistics: Ability to travel between Allentown and Scranton and respond to regional emergencies as needed. Take Command of Your Career.
