The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for planning, tracking, and executing project tasks for existing customer needs, while also supporting cross-functional projects that bring new meat snack products to market. The Project Manager will also help with change requests to existing specs, coordinating that all internal and external teams are aligned. The ideal candidate brings a blend of project management expertise and strong interpersonal skills to help communicate, coordinate, and oversee that projects are completed in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Interact with existing and new customer teams to address project management and commercialization tasks Plan, track, and execute projects from start to finish in Monday.com Help run the bi-weekly Commerical Project Update meeting by providing an update for all current customer projects Upkeep the project details in Monday.com match specs Coordinate with internal teams like Regulatory, FSQA, R&D, Specs, BOM Specialist, Customer Service, Operations, Facility Shipping/Receiving Teams, and Finance Serve as the company admin (or secondary admin) in customer portals. Portals are for managing customer specifications, contracts, artwork, regulatory documents, etc. Communicate with customers via email, phone, and Teams video calls during weekly connection calls and/or as needed Manage the commercialization hand-off process from product launch over a 4–6-month hand-off period to plants, purchasing, and customer service Work with ingredient and packaging vendors on new and upcoming projects to ensure cost savings are found and we’re using the most optimal materials, templates, and quotes Qualifications: Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related field Ability to travel up to 20% of time Excellent organizational and communication skills Experience in project & task management Experience in food processing industry, ideally meat Qualities of being a self-starter, analytical person, detail-oriented, collaborative, able to lead change, and continuously driven to improve processes Workable knowledge in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint Previous experience working with an ERP or Project Management tool (Monday.com) is a plus If you’re looking for a workplace where you’re valued, supported, and where you’ll be a part of a team that’s shaping the future of meat snacks, we’d love to have you join us!
