Location: Bangladesh (50% On-Site) balance on 304 Tanglin road,01-01,Singapore 247972.
Salary : SGD 6000-6500/Per months

JOB SUMMARY:

The Commercial Projects Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and financial management of electrical infrastructure projects, specifically Solar plant, substations and SCADA systems . This role requires a strong background in electrical commercial acumen, and project management expertise to ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a Finance and Commercial field MBA.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing electrical infrastructure projects, preferably substations and SCADA systems.
  • Must have experience to run projects in Bangaldesh with utilities .
  • Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, procurement, and financial management .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bangladesh for 50% of the project duration.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and industry regulations
Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and manage electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Site Coordination: Oversee on-site activities in Bangladesh, ensuring smooth execution of Solar plant ,substation and SCADA installations.
  • Commercial Oversight: Manage contracts, procurement, and financial aspects of the project, optimizing cost efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and alignment with project goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to project execution, financials, and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervision: Provide guidance on electrical engineering aspects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and financial documentation for project tracking.
