What You'll Do

Lead Commercial Project Execution

• Take ownership of project coordination after contract award through installation, commissioning, and customer handover.
• Act as the primary customer-facing contact during project execution.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Service teams, and external partners.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and drive corrective actions when required.

Drive Business Growth

• Review and support sales opportunities across the MEA region.
• Maintain high-quality CRM and ERP data to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, service agreements, and plant expansions within existing customer accounts.
• Support commercial governance and process excellence across the region.

Project Delivery & Execution

• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within agreed scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate within a matrix organization across multiple countries and cultures.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, industrial operations, engineering projects, or a similar field.
• Experience managing industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or infrastructure-related projects.
• Understanding of the full lifecycle of project delivery from contract award to commissioning.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Business Engineering
  • Or a related discipline

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
• Experience with project management tools and reporting platforms.
• Ability to analyze project data and identify commercial and operational improvement opportunities.
