COMMERCIAL PROPERTY ASSOCIATE

We are currently looking for a talented and driven Commercial Property Associate to join our leading Commercial Property team based in Chelmsford. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest and most respected property teams in the UK.

As a Commercial Property Associate, you will play an integral role in managing a busy and diverse caseload, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals (conditional and unconditional)
• Portfolio management, including leases and surrenders
• Acting for landlords and tenants on leasing and asset management
• Secured lending transactions for both lenders and borrowers
• Supporting the firm’s Corporate team on real estate aspects of share and asset sales
• Contributing to client development and relationship management
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members as required
