Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct research and provide tailored solutions.
• Support transactions and market properties.
• Negotiate sales and leases.
• Assist clients with space requirements.
• Provide market information to landlords, sellers and buyers.
• Accompany clients to property sites.
• Coordinate transaction materials.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree in Property Studies, LLB, Quantity Surveyor, Bcom, or similar.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle
• 1-2 years of experience in commercial or residential property industry.
