I am currently working with a reputable regional law firm who are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to head up their Property team at their lively office in Crewe.
This is an excellent opportunity for a current Head of Department/Partner, OR a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer who is ready to take the next step into a senior management position.

REQUIRED:

• Have over 7/8 years of experience within commercial property
• Ability to manage a varied caseload, whilst supervising and mentoring a team of junior fee earners
• Consistent and proven track record of billings
• Have a keen interest in business development, and consistently seek ways in which to promote the firm
• Excellent client care skills, project management skills, and a personable approach to mentoring/upskilling
• Ambitious and driven!
