DAY TO DAY WORK WILL INCLUDE:

• Drafting contractual documents
• Undertaking title due diligence & preparing reports on title
• Progressing transactions, dealing with exchange and completions
• Running your own transactions with supervision
• Assisting senior members of the team
• Taking new enquiries
• Collaborating with our specialist teams (Land & Development, Construction, Planning & Corporate teams)

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?

Newly or recently qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, CILEx qualified or Licensed Conveyancer) with 0 to 3 years PQE wishing to specialise in commercial property. At least one of your training seats will have been in commercial property and you will be able to demonstrate a keen interest in this area.

The successful candidate will be either newly or recently qualified Lawyer, wishing to specialise in commercial property transactions. You will join a vibrant team dealing with all aspects of commercial property including sales and purchases, leases, secured lending and other non-contentious landlord and tenant matters.
