We are seeking a skilled Commercial Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law and be capable of handling a variety of legal matters related to commercial and business property.
Duties:
- Provide legal advice on commercial transactions and agreements
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts
- Conduct legal research on various commercial law issues
- Advise on regulatory compliance matters
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor or Legal Executirve with a valid practising certificate
- Proven experience in commercial law
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Progression:
We can offer career progression for the right candidate and we are looking for this to be a long term appointment. Partnership may be available to the right candidate after 12 months service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £38,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
