Job Vacancy THE ROLE We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer or Associate (dependent on experience) to join a successful team. We are happy to consider a full-time solicitor or someone who requires 4 days per week. This is a great role for someone wanting to join a friendly Commercial Property team and gain a varied caseload of sales, purchases, refinancing, and landlord & tenant work within a supportive team environment. Within this role you will be part of a team of 6 fee earners and 3 secretaries. You will have the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in Commercial Property with plenty of support, guidance and a clear career pathway. Based in our modern Marks Tey office, you will provide services to our existing and new clients on a varied range of Commercial Property matters. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Ideally 2 years+ PQE Experience running own caseload of: Registered Commercial conveyancing Unregistered Commercial conveyancing Non-contentious landlord and tenant work Corporate Finance Experience of using a case management system Commercially minded Experience assisting with marketing initiatives SKILLSET Communications skills Time management Client service delivery Attention to detail Results orientated Problem solving Teamworking Commercial Team collaboration WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
