COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER – 5+ YEARS PQE

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Property Lawyer to join our growing team within a well-established, multi-office firm. This is a brand-new role created to support the ongoing expansion of our Commercial Property department. We’re particularly interested in candidates with 5+ years of PQE, though we will consider applications from those with 3+ years’ post-qualification experience and a strong commercial property background.

As a key addition to our team, you will handle a broad caseload of commercial property matters, advising a diverse range of clients. You’ll work closely with two senior lawyers and one junior lawyer, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

You must be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision, handling all aspects of commercial property transactions, including:

• Sales and acquisitions
• Commercial leases (landlord and tenant work)
• Development projects
• Property finance
