THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is seeking a seasoned commercial property specialist to take on a pivotal role within the firm. The work will be varied and include:
- Lease renewals
- Landlord & Tenant matters
- Asset sales & purchases
- Commercial property sales & purchases
- Development work
This is an office-based role with some flexibility, making it ideal for someone local who wants to minimise travel burdens and integrate seamlessly into the team.

- A highly experienced commercial property lawyer with at least 10+ years PQE.
