THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is seeking a seasoned commercial property specialist to take on a pivotal role within the firm. The work will be varied and include:

• Lease renewals
• Landlord & Tenant matters
• Asset sales & purchases
• Commercial property sales & purchases
• Development work

This is an office-based role with some flexibility, making it ideal for someone local who wants to minimise travel burdens and integrate seamlessly into the team.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A highly experienced commercial property lawyer with at least 10+ years PQE.
• Someone looking for long-term career stability and progression.
