Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Commercial Property Legal Assistant, you will provide vital support to their Commercial Property Solicitors, ensuring seamless case management and exceptional client service. This role is an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise and contribute to complex, high-profile property transactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist solicitors in managing property transactions.
  • Handle post-completion tasks, including submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applications.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and third parties to ensure timely progression of matters.
  • Maintain accurate and organised case files.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a legal assistant or administrative role within commercial property or a related legal field.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
