We are currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join our growing Noosa Commercial Management team. This position, which is located in Noosa, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial and industrial assets. Key responsibilities in this role will include: Provision of first-class service to landlords and tenants Monthly management and financial reports for select properties Complete Property Inspections Conduct rent reviews and lease expiries Organise work orders, and following up on completion or ordered works Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following: Experience in the management of commercial assets Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A commitment to maintaining properties according to legislative requirements and best practice The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Current Real Estate License You will benefit from a professional, learning based environment offering excellent long-term career opportunities and a competitive salary package.
