Job Description Are you an experienced Commercial Property Manager looking to manage a diverse commercial portfolio for a major client? We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded professional to join our Brisbane CBD team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring strong asset performance through proactive management, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, and strategic property advice. Key Responsibilities Manage the operational and financial performance of a commercial property portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and service providers. Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance and compliance. Manage lease administration, rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenant negotiations. Prepare management reports, budgets, financial analysis, and business plans. Monitor rental collections, outgoings recoveries, and arrears management. Coordinate tenancy fit-outs and property improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records and reporting through MRI and other property systems. Qualifications About You Previous experience in Commercial Property Management. Current QLD Real Estate Certificate. Strong knowledge of commercial property operations, lease administration, and building services. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and reporting. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities. Experience using MRI and Microsoft Office. Relevant tertiary qualification in Property, Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline.
