Description Position Summary Meadows & Ohly is seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of medical office buildings. This role is ideal for a service-driven leader who excels at building relationships, managing operations, and delivering an exceptional tenant experience within healthcare real estate. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Build strong, professional relationships with tenants, owners, and healthcare partners Ensure properties operate safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory standards Conduct routine property inspections and oversee maintenance, repairs, and improvements Review operating expenses regularly to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and alignment with financial goals Conduct detailed analysis of expense trends and provide recommendations to reduce unnecessary costs Develop and manage operating budgets, financial reporting, and variance analysis Oversee rent collection, critical lease dates and terms, and lease compliance Support leasing efforts through tours, tenant meetings, and coordination of lease activities Lead tenant move-ins/move-outs and support tenant improvement (TI) projects Manage vendors, service contracts, and preventive maintenance programs Provide leadership to management staff and promote a culture of service and accountability Maintain life safety programs and support capital project planning and execution Lead annual staff performance reviews. Help mentor, guide, and direct future career development. Conduct and maintain positive relationships with industry, government and vendor representatives as necessary in the successful management of the property. Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret business documents and contracts. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret lease and other real estate documents. Ability to forecast and prepare budgets. Ability to lead, manage and motivate others. Ability to address and resolve sensitive matters, complex inquiries, and client or internal concerns with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. Ability to make effective presentations to a client, prospective client, or internal staff. Ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to manage design, construction, and other professionals on tenant improvement and capital projects. Ability to negotiate effectively and respectfully. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors’ degree from a four-year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Active Real Estate Salesperson’s license is required. Must have reliable transportation and hold a valid driver’s license. Must be able to successfully pass a background, credit and drug screen.
