QUALIFICATIONS

  • Property Management Certification
  • 3+ years’ experience managing commercial buildings (retail tenant experience an asset)
  • Strong knowledge of BC building codes, fire & safety standards, and WorkSafeBC practices
  • Hands-on experience with building systems, maintenance, and inspections
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs, operate cleaning and lift equipment, and perform building inspections that may involve climbing, kneeling, or extended standing.
