VANRATH are assisting a major Client with the Recruitment of an Experienced Senior Associate to join a growing and dynamic team based at their Belfast Office.

• We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Associate to support the team on a varied and high-quality caseload which will include acquisitions and disposals, development work and landlord and tenant matters.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong commercial and technical experience in representing clients on a variety of real estate matters. We are particularly interested in candidates who can show experience in residential development and commercial leasing. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and have opportunities to be involved in business development.
