Our client are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join their successful and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of property matters, working alongside Partners and Solicitors on high-quality work.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you’ll:

• Prepare client engagement letters and relevant enclosures.
• Draft and prepare documents and correspondence for fee earners.
• Manage client communications with solicitors, agents, and other parties.
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and general file progression.
• Handle diary management, scheduling, and meeting arrangements.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to Partners and Solicitors.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Commercial Property Paralegal/ Fee Earner.
• Solid knowledge of commercial property law, with experience in development projects.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office and legal software.
• A professional telephone manner and proven ability to deal with clients directly.
