A highly respected, long-established Legal 500 law firm in Epsom is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its growing team.

You will support experienced commercial property solicitors on a wide range of high-quality work. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating and supporting your supervising solicitor on active caseloads
• General administrative duties
• Upskilling and training

The firm actively participates in major networking events, legal dinners and social gatherings. An excellent opportunity to build or expand your legal network.

Typical matters you will work on include:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Leases
• Development

To be considered, your background should include:

• 6 or months of experience in commercial property, real estate, conveyancing or new build/plot sales matters within a UK private practice law firm
• A strong academic record (e.g., 2:1 or above in your law degree or GDL)
• A candidate who has NOT started the SQE. The firm will offer support/training for aspiring solicitors.
