We are delighted to be supporting a leading law firm in their search for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join their top-tier Commercial Property Team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills within a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience: Previous experience in either residential or commercial property is essential.
• Education: A law degree, Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL), or SQE1 qualification is required. Completion of the LPC is beneficial but not essential.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
• Attributes: A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to balance detailed work with a focus on achieving clients’ commercial goals.

The successful candidate will:

• Provide support to all members of the team by drafting documentation, progressing transactions, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
• Manage straightforward commercial property transactions under supervision, developing skills and expertise within a high-performing team.
