  We’re partnered with a leading legal 500 ranked law firm who are looking for a commercial property paralegal to support the commercial property team in Coventry as well as manage their own caseload. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Experience working in a commercial property department
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication via telephone and face-to-face

• Assisting with the preparation, drafting, and review of leases, licenses, and other property-related legal documents.
• Conducting due diligence, including property searches, title investigations, and reviewing Land Registry documents.
• Managing client files and maintaining accurate records of transactions and correspondence.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, surveyors, and other professionals involved in property transactions.
• Preparing and submitting applications to the Land Registry and dealing with post-completion formalities.
• Supporting the preparation of legal documentation for property acquisitions, sales, and financing transactions.
• Assisting with the management of landlord and tenant matters, including rent reviews and renewals.
• Monitoring deadlines and ensuring compliance with transaction timelines and legal requirements.
