We’re working alongside a leading Planning Law firm, looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join our client’s Nottingham office. As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will support the team with all aspects of commercial property matters, assisting solicitors and clients, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth transactional workflows. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career within a specialist, fast-paced environment.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• High personal standards of work and attention to detail
• Experience within Commercial Property (Residential Property experience may be considered)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to speak to clients on the phone

• Assist solicitors with all aspects of commercial property matters
• Maintain meticulous records and accounts
• Communicate with clients via email and telephone
• Handle client enquiries efficiently
• Prepare and submit SDLT Returns and HM Land Registry applications
• Prepare contract packs and other transaction documents
• Manage various administrative tasks to support the team
