· Assist with matters on acquisitions, disposals, re-mortgages and portfolio work for investment clients.
· Draft and review contracts, reports on title, leases and ancillary documents.
· Manage searches, SDLT returns, registrations and post-completion tasks.
· Liaise daily with clients, agents, lenders and counsel, ensuring excellent service.
· Support business-development initiatives alongside the wider team.
· Meet reasonable individual or team targets geared to your level; no expectation to fee-earn immediately.
